The medication
A prescription tablet holding sildenafil and tadalafil together, taken sublingually. One ingredient gets things moving quickly; the other keeps the window open for up to 36 hours.
Under the tongue, left alone until it has fully dissolved. Do not chew it and do not swallow it whole. One tablet per 24 hours, never more.
Commonly 15–30 minutes, helped along by absorbing under the tongue rather than through the stomach. Bodies differ, so this is a typical range and not a promise.
No, and nothing in this drug class does. These medications strengthen and sustain a response your body starts — they cannot start it for you.
Drinking heavily works against you twice over: it makes erectile difficulty more likely and sharpens the dizziness and blood-pressure effects of the medication. Raise it with the reviewing physician.
Getting a prescription
No. That is the point of the service. You complete a health questionnaire, an independent licensed U.S. physician reviews it, and they write a prescription where appropriate.
Usually not. The written questionnaire is the basis of the review in most states, though a handful set additional telemedicine requirements.

Safety
Anyone on nitrates, including poppers. Anyone with serious heart disease or very low blood pressure. Anyone allergic to sildenafil or tadalafil.
Headache, flushing, mild dizziness, a blocked nose, indigestion, or lower back ache. Typically mild and typically gone within hours.
Chest pain, any change in vision, any loss of hearing, or an erection lasting beyond four hours. All of these mean immediate medical attention.
No. One dose per 24 hours is a hard limit. A weak response is a reason to talk to the prescriber, not to take another tablet.
Orders and money
Free standard delivery in 3–5 business days, in packaging that names neither the pharmacy nor the product. Overnight can be added at checkout.
Six doses a month is $114 for month one then $149. Twelve doses is $179 then $199. A single-order price appears at checkout.
Before the next delivery is processed, from your account or through support. A parcel already charged and packed will still arrive, but nothing behind it will.
